2021 GT Seminar @ River Bend Nature Center

Thanks to our friends at River Bend Nature Center for hosting our Fall 2021 GT Seminar. The covered topics included: energy (wind, water, solar, electrical, potential, mechanical, & kinetic), the distance from the sun to earth, the rotation & axis, petrology (igneous, metamorphic, & sedimentary), fossils, & the food cycle (producers, consumers:primary & secondary).  Students visited the butterfly conservatory, explored the nature paths learning about animals along the way, & listened to an animal presentation on snakes, turtles, & spiders.
